Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact number. Delays or additional charges caused by an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility.

Damaged Package

If the parcel or product appears damaged, please record a continuous unboxing video from the beginning of opening the parcel. Any product damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
